Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data SkillKoder collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 1 August 2026.
Who we are
SkillKoder is an online training academy with its registered office at 2-3-720/2/31/C, New Maruti Nagar, Amberpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500013, India. For any question about this policy or about the data we hold on you, contact us at Skillkoder2025@gmail.com or +91 99515 99922.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver a course. Specifically:
- Contact details you give us — name, email address and phone number, submitted through the enquiry form, demo booking, brochure download or registration form.
- Course interest — which program you asked about, so we can send you relevant information rather than everything we run.
- Learning records — attendance, submitted work and progress, for learners who enrol.
- Usage data — pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type. This is collected by Google Analytics and is not linked by us to your name.
We do not ask for and do not want your financial account numbers, card details, government ID numbers or passwords through this website. Never send them to us by email.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo class.
- To deliver the course you enrolled in, including class access and materials.
- To provide the career support described on our placement support page.
- To send information about courses you asked about. You can opt out of these at any time.
- To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
- Google — Analytics for site usage, and Google Workspace for storing enquiry submissions and email.
- Our hosting and communication providers — to serve the website and run live classes.
- Employers and hiring partners — only your CV, only for roles you have asked us to put you forward for, and only with your agreement each time.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid order from a court or regulator.
Where your data is stored
Some of the providers above store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, the transfer is made under the provider's own contractual protections. If you would prefer your enquiry not to be stored with a third-party provider, contact us by phone instead of using the forms on this site.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment — up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Learner records — for the duration of your course and for a period afterwards while career support continues, then retained only where required for accounting or legal reasons.
- Analytics data — as per Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase data we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications, at any time.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
Write to Skillkoder2025@gmail.com to make any of these requests. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block these through your browser settings or a browser extension without losing any functionality of this site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
Our programs are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing learners will also be sent by email.
