Refund Policy
How to request a refund, how we assess it, and what happens if we cancel or reschedule a batch. Last updated 1 August 2026.
Try before you pay
The best way to avoid needing a refund is to sit in on a live class first. Every prospective learner can book a free demo class and see the teaching, the pace and the curriculum before committing any money. We would rather you decided against enrolling than enrolled and regretted it.
Refund eligibility
When we cancel or reschedule
This part does not depend on your enrolment terms and applies in every case:
- If we cancel a batch before it starts, you receive a full refund of everything you paid, or a transfer to another batch — your choice.
- If we cancel a batch part-way through, you receive a pro-rata refund for the sessions not delivered, or a transfer to an equivalent batch.
- If we reschedule a batch to timings that no longer work for you, you may transfer to another batch or request a full refund if the course has not yet started.
How to request a refund
- Email Skillkoder2025@gmail.com from the address you enrolled with, with the subject line 'Refund request'.
- Include your full name, the program and batch you enrolled in, the date of payment and the reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge your request and tell you whether it falls within your enrolment terms.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines how long it takes to appear on your statement.
What is not refundable
- Payment gateway or bank charges deducted by your provider, which we never receive.
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf at your request, such as an examination or certification fee already submitted.
- Fees where a learner has been removed from a program for conduct reasons under our terms and conditions.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome
Reply to our decision explaining why you disagree, and it will be reviewed by someone who was not involved the first time. We would rather resolve a dispute directly than have you take it further.
