These terms apply when you use this website, book a demo class, or enrol in a SkillKoder program. Last updated 1 August 2026.

Agreement to these terms

By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. SkillKoder is registered at 2-3-720/2/31/C, New Maruti Nagar, Amberpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500013, India. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or enrol.

What we provide

SkillKoder provides online, instructor-led training in Data Analytics, Data Science, Generative AI and Azure Data Engineering, together with the career support set out on our placement support page.

Course content, curriculum, tools covered and batch schedules may be updated to keep pace with the technology being taught. Where a change materially affects a batch already running, we will tell that batch in advance.

What we do not promise

Enrolment and payment

• Your place in a batch is confirmed once payment is received and we have acknowledged it.
• Fees, instalment options and payment schedules are set out at the time of enrolment and form part of your agreement with us.
• You are responsible for any bank charges or payment gateway fees applied by your provider.
• Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Your responsibilities as a learner

• Provide accurate information at enrolment, and keep your contact details current.
• Arrange your own working internet connection, computer and any software licences not supplied as part of the course.
• Attend live sessions or catch up via recordings; career support depends on you completing project work.
• Treat instructors and other learners with respect. We may remove anyone from a batch for harassment or abuse, without refund.

Course materials and intellectual property

Recordings, slides, notebooks, datasets and written material provided during a course remain our property or that of our licensors. They are supplied for your personal learning only.

You may not record sessions, redistribute materials, share your login with anyone else, or use our material to deliver training of your own. Doing so may result in removal from the program without refund, and we reserve our legal remedies.

Work you produce yourself during the course — your code, your analysis, your portfolio projects — belongs to you. Use it freely in your job search.

Website use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or loss of an employment opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
